Return Policy
At Pops Cards & Collectibles, your satisfaction is important to us! We take pride in offering authentic, high-quality sports cards, collectibles, non-sports cards and memorabilia. Please review our return policy below for details on eligibility and procedures.

Return Eligibility

ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the collectible nature and value fluctuation of sports cards, non-sports cards, memorabilia  and collectibles, all sales at Pop's Cards & Collectibles are considered FINAL.  Since the value of sports cards and collectibles fluctuate with the market daily, and the possibility of items being swapped out or forged, we do not accept returns based on changes in value after the purchase. 

 

When We Will Accept a Return

Exceptions are made only in the following circumstances:

  • The item received is materially not as described in the product listing
  • The wrong item was shipped to you
  • The item was damaged in transit (requires photographic evidence within 48 hours of receipt and must include original packaging damage images) Review and return will be investigated and a proper remediation will be determined

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us within 48 hours after delivery at info@popscards.store
  • Include your order number, SKU, email address, and clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization number and instructions
  • Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original slab, case, or protective packaging
  • Items must be in the exact condition as sold. All items are photographed prior to shipment
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to returns not caused by our error


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any condition:

  •  Autographed items — authenticity is verified at point of sale and cannot be re-authenticated once an item leaves our possession
  • Opened packs, boxes, or cases of trading cards
  • Sale items, mystery boxes, grab bags, and promotional items (marked final sale at time of purchase)
  • Cards or Items that have depreciated in value since the purchase date.  Pop's is not responsible for the fluctuation of value of the card or collectibles in the industry

  • Cards that have been altered in any manner, or replaced from the original item sold

  • Gift cards

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. If you have not received your refund after 20 business days from approval, contact us at info@popscards.store
