Return Policy
At Pops Cards & Collectibles, your satisfaction is important to us! We take pride in offering authentic, high-quality sports cards, collectibles, non-sports cards and memorabilia. Please review our return policy below for details on eligibility and procedures.

Return Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the original purchase date to request a return.  Returns are accepted within 30 days must comply with the return policies below.  Please note each return will be evaluated on a case by case basis, and not all items are eligible for return.  Typically, for cards and collectibles orders are final, however circumstances will be reviewed to ensure your satisfaction.

 

All returned items must be:
- In their original packaging, cases, slabs, boxes, or protective covering.
- In the same condition as when sold (all products are scanned/photographed for condition and must be the exact item - NO EXCEPTIONS) 

- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order #, sku #, contact details) 

- Accompanied by a valid reason for the return. Card values fluctuate and cannot be returned because the value of a card changed from the purchase date – no exceptions


Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:


 - Autographed items — are not eligible for return or refund. Pops Cards & Collectibles stands by the authenticity of all autographed products we sell. Because autographs can be forged or duplicated once an item leaves our possession, these items cannot be accepted back under any circumstances.
 - Opened boxes, packs, or cases of trading cards, as contents are not guaranteed, and are collectible in nature 

- Cards or Items that have depreciated in value since the purchase date.  Pop's is not responsible for the fluctuation of value of the card or collectibles in the industry. 

- Cards that have been altered in any manner, damaged by shipping and handling, or replaced from the original item sold.

- Discounted Sale items, mystery boxes, grab bags, promotional discounted items are defined as final sale defined and cannot be returned

- Gift Cards are not returnable 

Return Authorization Process
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can help rectify the situation. Returns that are not due to an error on the part of Pop's Cards & Collectibles may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. To initiate a return, please contact us at:  Email: popscardstore@gmail.com

Please include your order#, email address, and the exact item that needs to be returned.  Please include a valid reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number, a return shipping label if applicable, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization number will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have if applicable to Pop's Cards & Collectibles Return Policies, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

 
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
