Thank you for shopping with us at Pop's Cards and Collectibles! We are committed to delivering your sports cards and memorabilia in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

  1. Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard/Economy Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day delivery (increased handling costs)

* We will source the best shipping rates and methods, but standard will typically be through the USPS, and low cost orders will be shipped via standard envelope if applicable.

    1. Shipping Rates

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Your location
    • Selected shipping method
    • Weight and dimensions of your order
    • Additional Shipping Insurance is optional for your order at your expense
    • Pop's typically ships low cost cards via standard envelope at a reduced cost to the buyer
    1. International Shipping

    We currently ship to:

    • United States
    • Canada

    Note: International customers may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

    1. Order Processing Time

    Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping information and tracking information if applicable.  Some items may take longer to identify, pick, pack, or ship, but delays in shipping will be communicated.

    1. Lost or Damaged Packages

    If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. Please note all cards and collectibles are digitally recorded for condition prior to shipping.

    We may update our shipping policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and we encourage you to review it regularly. 

    * Please note that Pop's reserves the right to change shipping method at any time for the best priced shipping costs for the customer, depending on size, weights, and delivery location.   We will communicate changes in shipping and refund any shipping costs reductions if applicable.
